Bm Beach Hotel, Ras al-Khaimah

I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, which stood out during my stay. However, the dining options left much to be desired, both in quality and variety. The location was nice for families, yet the outdated rooms and lack of cleanliness were major drawbacks. Overall, I think it could be a decent getaway if you prioritize service over amenities.

I had an excellent stay overall! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Chef Arnav, who prepared amazing gluten-free meals for us with great care. However, we encountered some construction noise that affected our sleep, and the all-inclusive package was a bit misleading as certain drinks weren't included, especially on the beach. Nonetheless, the private beach was enjoyable, and the staff made our experience so much better.
